Biography
Zhang Ming, Ph.D. in Public Administration from Tsinghua University, has long been engaged in research on science and technology policy and innovation management. He has presided over many projects including major projects of the National Social Science Fund and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, published more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign core journals, and published 5 monographs.
